I'm Thankful For....

I love this time of year. I am so thankful for a wonderful family. I am so lucky to have the things that I have. Edie is so stinking cute! She is becoming quite the helper. I don't have to ask her to clear her plate, she just does it. She likes to help me with the laundry (her towels are her favorite to fold!) I can't stand it that she is going to be five in a week! It goes too fast. Lily is my sensitive one. She loves to cuddle and just be your friend. She takes care of her brother and sister when daddy is wrestling with them. She is a joy to our family. Gage is so sweet. He is starting to talk. I can't even believe that he is almost one. Where did that year go? I can't imagine our family without him even though he was earlier than we anticipated. What can I say about Rocky that you don't already know? He is so great! Always supporting me and keeping me happy. I love him so much and can't believe he asked me to marry him almost ten years ago! I am so blessed! I hope that you know how much we love you all and hope you have a great Thanksgiving!

Happy Carving!

We decided to carve some pumpkins last night. It was a lot of fun! Usually I shy away from it because you end up doing everything but the girls did great! (Lily dressed herself!) Rocky found some fun stencils online! I did the one named "Der", can you guess which one it is? I am glad we did it and plan to make it a Halloween tradition! They turned out great!

Haunted Heber Creeper!

We went on the Haunted Train last week. It was so much fun. Rocky had to work so I invited the Grandma's and Grandpa's to help me out. I liked it a lot but Edie was not a fan. She was in my lap the entire ride and did not want to go back! It took Lily a couple of scares but Grandpa Rock gave her the idea to scare them back so she wasn't scared anymore. It was so funny. She was telling everybody that she scared them away. Roar! Gage was great and just sat on my lap the whole time just looking around at all the scary creatures! What a brave little guy! Busy, Busy, Busy!!!

Wow! life is so busy that I forgot to update this blog! I missed it! We are doing great and plugging along! Edie just started pre-school with some friends in the neighborhood. She loves it and is doing really well. All of the teachers told me she is really fast and knows all of her letters!
Lily is a smarty pants too. She can spell her name and 5 other words! Yeah, she is only 2. She is a trouble maker and keeps me on my toes!
Gage is getting so big. He has 3 teeth in and looks like a nerd. The top one is still missing. He crawls so fast and loves to head-butt you when you come near him. His cousin, Keegan, isn't used to it so Gage is my bully for making him cry!
I am booking jean party after jean party. I have had 3 in the last 3 weeks and I have three scheduled the first week of October. Crazy. But, everybody needs a pair of jeans, right? I love it and appreciate all of the contacts that have helped me get this going. It is a great out for me and it keeps me busy!
Rocky is busy as always. He is still waiting on the Jeep to be wired so he can paint it and put on the rims and tires. He is planning on finishing the last two rooms in the basement this next week because he is on vacation for 10 days! We are blessed and we love to be busy and get things done.
