Disneyland trip!

Okay, on a whim Rocky called me from work and said that he was going to be off a week in December. I thought it would be great! Lots of help getting ready for Christmas and all the crazy things that go on this time of year! Instead, he told me to see what it would cost to go to Disneyland! It didn't take much convincing cuz we are Disney geeks! We booked it, along with my parents, and took off! Don't get me wrong, it was fun, but it is A LOT of work with 3 kids five and under! They were all tired and hungry at different times. Lily barfed, Gage wanted to crawl around and Edie just wanted cotton candy! It is always an adventure! I am so thankful that we went and took my parents! They have not been in like 20 years! Good times! My mom was priceless on Splash Mountain! I should have dropped the $15 for the picture it was that good! We are so blessed and hope that you all have a very Merry Christmas!!

Happy Birthday Edie!

My big girl is 5! I can't stand it. Next year I am going to be a mess when that school bus comes to get her. We did have a fun day with her. She was so brave when we went to get her ears pierced. What a trooper! They turned out so stinking cute! We took Edie and her family and friends to see Madagascar 2. It was so much fun and the kids had a ball. I loved it cause it was easy clean up and lots less stress. I love her so much and I am proud to call her my little miss. Happy Birthday Baby!

Happy 1st Birthday Gage! He is such a sweet little devil. We can't believe that he is already a year! Where does the time go? He is mobile and loves to make messes. I love when he gives me his wet kisses and his sweet pats on my back when he hugs me. Nothing like mommy and her little man! Hope you had a great day!

I'm Thankful For....

I love this time of year. I am so thankful for a wonderful family. I am so lucky to have the things that I have. Edie is so stinking cute! She is becoming quite the helper. I don't have to ask her to clear her plate, she just does it. She likes to help me with the laundry (her towels are her favorite to fold!) I can't stand it that she is going to be five in a week! It goes too fast. Lily is my sensitive one. She loves to cuddle and just be your friend. She takes care of her brother and sister when daddy is wrestling with them. She is a joy to our family. Gage is so sweet. He is starting to talk. I can't even believe that he is almost one. Where did that year go? I can't imagine our family without him even though he was earlier than we anticipated. What can I say about Rocky that you don't already know? He is so great! Always supporting me and keeping me happy. I love him so much and can't believe he asked me to marry him almost ten years ago! I am so blessed! I hope that you know how much we love you all and hope you have a great Thanksgiving!

We decided to carve some pumpkins last night. It was a lot of fun! Usually I shy away from it because you end up doing everything but the girls did great! (Lily dressed herself!) Rocky found some fun stencils online! I did the one named "Der", can you guess which one it is? I am glad we did it and plan to make it a Halloween tradition! They turned out great!
